A bank connection is a linked institution via Plaid. If you connect to Chase and it pulls in your checking, savings, and credit card, that counts as one connection. Each separate institution (Chase, Bank of America, etc.) is one connection.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
Yes. AI categorization, traditional and pool budgets, all reports, multi-user organizations, transaction splits, and two-factor authentication are available on every plan. The only variable is the number of bank connections allowed.
